We submit below the outcome of Board meeting held today, the 29th May 2017:
1. Ms.Rajshree Pathy has submitted her resignation as Managing Director, which will take effect from 30th June 2017. She, however, will continue as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Mr.Aditya Krishna Pathy (holding DIN: 00062224) has been co-opted as an Additional Director with immediate effect. He has also been appointed as Managing Director of the Company, which appointment will be effective from 30th June 2017. The profile of Mr.Aditya Krishna Pathy is annexed herewith.
3. The Board has recommended a dividend of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of Rs.10 each for the financial year 2016-17, subject to approval of the lenders.
