| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on January 07, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. To consider and approve the raising of long term resources for the company through issue of fresh equity shares.
2. To consider and approve the additional sanctions of Rs. 113.00 crores to part finance the Bangalore Hotel Project from Syndicate Bank, Canara Bank, IDBI Bank, Allahabad bank and Lakshmivilas Bank and authorise the Managing Director to execute the necessary loan agreements.
3. To consider the proposal to re-structure the Company’s hotel assets. |
