| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Maral Overseas Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 26, 2008, inter alia, have noted, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 23(1)(a)(ii) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA), the fact of accumulated losses of the Company as on March 31, 2008 being more than 50% of its peak net worth during the immediately preceding four financial years, including causes for such losses and that the said fact be reported by the Board of Directors of the Company to Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction. |
