| Exchange Disseminated Time | Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that, based on the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2011, a Committee of Directors, viz., Buy-back Committee was constituted to fix the buy-back price.
Accordingly, the Committee at its meeting held on May 06, 2011, fixed the buy-back price at Rs.900/- per equity share.
The said buy-back as decided by the Board shall not exceed 10% of the paid-up share capital and free reserves through Tender Offer Method. |
