| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nestle India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 10, 2014,
have declared second interim dividend for the year 2014 aggregating to Rs. 30/- per equity share (face value Rs. 10/- per equity share). This includes an additional interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share as the Company has completed the major capital expenditure programme announced in 2010 and has fully repaid the borrowings made for capital expenditure. The total interim dividend amounting to Rs. 2,892 million will be paid on and from September 26, 2014. |
