1. The Board consider, review and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Prov.) for the period of nine months commencing from April 01, 2014 to December 31, 2014 along with the same for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014 and to consider the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors;
2. To review Unit IV operations;
3. To Consider and approve Related Party Transactions entered by the Company upto December 31, 2014 and estimates for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. |
