1. To approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2013.
2. To approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 on Standalone Basis and also Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2013.
3. To recommend payment of final dividend on Equity Shares, if any, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. |
