We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Members' approval accorded at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 17th March 2017, the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on 27th March 2017, approved allotment of 1,557,632 (Fifteen Lacs Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Two) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 12.47 (Rupees Twelve and Paise Forty Seven Only) for cash, on a preferential basis, to Ferari Investments and Trading Company Private Limited (Promoter Group Entity). Subsequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 653,352,760/- divided into 65,335,276 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 668,929,080/- divided into 66,892,908 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
