Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to notification of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the company passed a circular resolution for approving/ adopting the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct. The said code has been displayed on the Company's website under the section "Investors Relations Codes and Policies" after completion of Board Meeting on May 26, 2015. Adoption / Approval of the Code will be put for information in the forthcoming Board Meeting on May 26, 2015.
