2. Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the said Regulations, authorised
a. The Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer, jointly, to determine the materiality of an event or information.
b. The Company Secretary, the Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer, severally, to disclose such material event or information to the stock exchanges. |
