| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to compile the final Accounts for the year 2007 — 2008 and get the same audited and approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company on or before June 30, 2008.
In view of the above, the Company shall not publish Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008 (last quarter of the financial year). Instead, the Audited Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008 will be published on or before June 30, 2008. |
