    KLRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 12, 2014 to consider the closure and disposal of the Open End Spinning Unit of Textile Division (Unit II) of the Company.

    As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from March 05, 2014 to March 12, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the closure and disposal of the Open End Spinning Unit of Textile Division (Unit II) of the Company. The trading window shall open for trading from March 13, 2014.
