1. The Board has discussed in detail the proposal to acquire the Resort located at United Kingdom (UK) -Isle of Wight - Island and authorises Mr. Anil Patodia, Managing Director to negotiate and sign the deal.
2. The Board has discussed acquisition on long lease basis the Business Class Hotel located at Thane District adjoining Mumbai City Area and authorises Mr. Anil Patodia, Managing Director to further negotiate and sign the deal. |
