| Exchange Disseminated Time | Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 19, 2014 to June 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 31, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, the cut-off date will be June 18, 2014 (evening) for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to the members in respect of the business to be transacted at the 28th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014. |
