| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raj Oil Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2014 have approved the allotment of 39,33,330 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 12/- upon conversion of warrants allotted on November 07, 2012 by the Board of Directors.
Further the Company has informed that, out of 2,00,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares allotted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 07, 2012, the Company has converted 39,33,330 and the remaining amount has been forfeited as per the guidelines of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009. |
