| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated December 21, 2011, Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has informed BSE that "the Company i.e. Ravi Kumar Distilleries Limited (RKDL) and Promoters has mutually settled all the issues with Comfort Intech Limited (CIL) and CIL have issued to ourselves a No due certificate detailing there are no dues outstanding as on date by RKDL to CIL. Further, CIL has unpledged the 48,00,000 Equity Shares of RKDL lying in the name of Mr. R.V. Ravikumar.
We hereby withdraw all our grievances in this regard." |
