| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/12/2015 16:13:07 | With reference to the earlier letter dated December 17, 2015, Golden Tobacco Ltd has now informed BSE that M/s ITC Ltd. challenged the order dated December 07, 2015 of Single Member Bench of Madras High Court before the Hon'ble Division Bench (Civil Appellate Jurisdiction) of the same High Court which was heard by the Hon’ble Division Bench on December 17, 2015.
After hearing both sides, the Hon’ble Division Bench of the High Court vide its order dated December17, 2015 (received on December 22, 2015) directed the appellant i.e. ITC Ltd. and respondent i.e. Golden Tobacco Ltd. to resolve the matter amicably. After detailed discussions, the matter was adjourned for January 12, 2016. No interim relief granted to ITC Ltd. |
