Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 25. 2016 to February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive).
Further the Company inform that on February 04, 2016, the Company will hold an Investors’ Conference Call on its Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015. |
