| Exchange Disseminated Time | Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed BSE that Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has its vide Order dated April 12, 2013 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Caro Fine Jewellery Private Limited with Renaissance Jewellery Limited with appointed date of April 01, 2012 and a copy of the same was received on April 29, 2013.
The Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective on March 14, 2013 on filing the same with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. There would be no issue of shares as Caro Fine Jewellery Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Renaissance Jewellery Limited. |
