| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/01/2016 18:56:35 | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from the close of trading hours of January 25, 2016 till 48 hours after the declaration of quarterly financial results of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2015.
Accordingly, all designated employees (including Directors) intimated not to enter into any transaction involving securities of the company during the aforesaid period of trading window. |
