Further, in accordance with Reg 33(3)(b) of LODR, the Company has opted to submit, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company.Please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter and six months ended 30/09/2017 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors and Press Release. Also, in accordance with Reg 47(1)(b) of LODR, the Company would be publishing the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30/09/2017 in the newspapers.
