| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2016, inter alia, to take on record Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016, and to consider and recommend declaration of dividend on equity shares, if any, at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code will be closed from April 25, 2016 to May 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
