| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/10/2015 14:03:07 | JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that JSW Energy Natural Resources South Africa Proprietary Limited, a step down subsidiary of the Company in South Africa which holds 67.27% in its subsidiary, South African Coal Mining Holdings Limited (SACMH) has intimated its firm intention in terms of Regulation 101 of the Companies Regulations, 2011 of the Companies Act, 2008 to the proposed delisting of SACMH on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and an offer to all remaining shareholders.
SACMH is a listed entity on the JSE.
