1. Adoption of the Directors' Report and the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Deepak Seth, Mr. Pulkit Seth, Mr. Rajendra K Aneja & Mr. Chittranjan Dua, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. S R Dinodia & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Auditors of the Company to hold office for the period from the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company , on remuneration terms & conditions. |
