| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Wires India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the following businesses:
1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2016 of FY 2015-16 and to recommend Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2015-2016.
2. Re-appointment of Shri Deepak M Mehta, Whole -Time Director subject to regulatory approvals w.e.f. August 01, 2016 for further period of three years.
3. To cancel the Exiting Agreement with M/s Sharepro Services India Pvt Ltd. (R & T A) and appointment of New Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
Further, Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from with immediate effect upto the closing hours of May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
