Bajaj Finance Ltd has now informed BSE that at the said meeting, the Board may also consider a proposal to seek approval of the shareholders by postal ballot for raising of funds by issue of non-convertible debentures or such other securities as a part of the proposed increase in overall borrowing limits of the Board, pursuant to Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, from Rs. 50,000 crore to such amount as may be decided by the Board. |
