| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 12, 2013, has considered and in principally approved the proposal to acquire or merge whole or part of the undertakings of the Companies, M/s. SVIL Mines Limited and M/s. Surya Vinyak Wellness Limited with the Company subject to receipt of necessary approvals of shareholders/creditors and other appropriate Authorities.
To give effect to the proposed action plan, Mr. Peeyush Aggarwal, Chairman of the Company & Mr. Karun Jain, Executive Director of the Company are authorized to appointed advisors and other intermediaries for formulating the structure, Valuations, etc. |
