1. Ms. Arundathi Krishna, Whole-Time Director has been re-designated as Deputy Managing Director with effect from May 30, 2013 to September 17, 2013 (till the end of the current tenure).
2. Ms. Arundathi Krishna has been re-appointed as Managing Director of the Company (Designated as Deputy Managing Director) for a period of five years with effect from September 18, 2013 to September 17, 2018. |
