| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter-alia, to take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and also to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended 31.3.2016.
Further, as per the new Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated/specified employees of the Company from May 16, 2016 to May 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public. |
