| Exchange Disseminated Time | Arshiya International Ltd has informed BSE that:
"The shareholders of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 29, 2014 accorded their approval for appointment of M/s. M. A. Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company (to fill the casual vacancy) till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting and they will be conducting the Statutory Audit for the financial year 2013-14.
Under Clause 41 we are required to submit our audited quarterly/annual results within 60 days from close of the quarter. However in view of the above development, the new Statutory Auditors have requested for additional time to conduct the Statutory Audit and hence it would not be possible for us to comply with the said requirement. We therefore request to condone the delay in the matter in view of the aforesaid developments." |
