| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/08/2016 18:55:11 | Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 16, 2016 to September 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2016.
The Dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on September 29, 2016 to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business hours on September 15, 2016.
Further, the Company has fixed September 15, 2016 as the cut-off date for the purpose of e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding Shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on September 22, 2016. The e-voting period commences on September 19, 2016 to September 21, 2016. During this period, the Members of the Company as on the cut-off date, being September 15, 2016, may cast their vote by electronic means. |
