Further, the “Trading Window” under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from May 07, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till second trading day after the declaration of the results. Accordingly, the Trading Window will open on May 26, 2016. |
