| Exchange Disseminated Time | Viceroy Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and to approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from February 03, 2015 to February 12, 2015 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open from February 13, 2015. |
