| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/06/2016 16:53:00 | Future Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Company has at their meeting held on June 24, 2016, considered, approved & allotted of 600,10.25% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 60.00 crore, on private placement basis.
The said NCDs shall be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
These NCDs have been rated CARE AA- [Double A Minus] by Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE). |
