Registrar of Companies vide their letter dated November 04, 2015 informed the Company that they have no objection in the availability of the changed name AYM Syntex Limited from the existing name Welspun Syntex Limited.
The Company has to seek approval of shareholders and Central Government; hence the company is in process to take shareholders' approval by way of postal ballot. |
