| Exchange Disseminated Time | Arshiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the scheme has been modified by Mr. Ajay Mittal, CMD, of the Company, who has been duly authorised by Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 03, 2013 to make the necessary changes in the scheme, hence, no fresh approval of Board of Directors is required to be sought for the changes which have been made.
The change and the scheme submitted to exchange vide letter dated October 21, 2013 has been duly approved by the Audit Committee at its meeting held on October 21, 2013. |
