| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/07/2016 14:48:12 | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following matters:
1. To approve Reviewed/Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016 (Q1).
2. Fixing date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) for obtaining shareholder approval for Raising of Equity Capital by way of Preferential Issue to the Government of India at a price to be determined in terms of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.
Further, as per PNB Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code Of Corporate Disclosure Practices in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from July 21, 2016 (Thursday) to July 29, 2016 (Friday) (Both days inclusive). |
