1. Note has been taken of the circular resolution passed on July 25, 2015 for the appointment of Ms. Megha Gandhi as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer of a Company.
2. Ms. Megha Gandhi who is rendering the services as Company Secretary-cum-Compliance Officer has appointed as KMP of a Company w.e.f. August 13, 2015.
3. Mr. Ashwani Arora and Col. Dr. Surinder Singh Cheema have been recommended to appoint as Independent Directors subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of a Company. |
