| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding disputes between management to control the affairs of the Company is going on since 1998, Banaras Beads Ltd has informed BSE that in this regard Company petition No 14/99 filed by Shri Raj Kumar Gupta (Ex-Director) against the Company, Directors & others before Hon'ble Company Law Board, New Delhi, is still pending. The Hon'ble CLB is trying to resolve the disputes at their end and appointed Valuers Shri R S Ahuja & Co, Chartered Accounts and Shri A R Ramanathan, Ex Member of CLB, both have submitted their report, further process is going on. The Hon'ble bench heard Petition No. 14/99 on August 01, 2005 and reserve its order.
Further on November 07, 2005 Hon'ble bench directed to both parties appear on November 14, 2005 for consideration of valuers Report. But on November 14, 2005 the matter was adjourned on December 16, 2005. |
