1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 along with a statement of assets & Liabilities as on September 30, 2017 and to take on record the Auditor's Limited Review Report thereon.
2. To consider and declare Second Interim Dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2017-18, if any.
Also, pursuant to the Code of Conduct framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, "trading window" for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and designated employees of the Company, for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from November 10, 2017 till November 19, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
