| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/12/2016 16:59:11 | Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on December 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 (Q2).
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed, interalia, for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from December 06, 2016 and shall remain closed up to December 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
