1. Took the note on the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013;
2. Reviewed the performance of the non-independent directors and the Board as a whole;
3. Reviewed the performance of the Chairman of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors;
4. Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the Company and Board. |
