| Exchange Disseminated Time | | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2009, has considered and approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between BF Utilities Ltd ("the Amalgamated Company / Demerged Company") and Bhalchandra Investment Ltd, Forge Investment Ltd, Mundhwa Investment Ltd, Jalakumbhi Investment and Finance Ltd, Jalakamal Investment and Finance Ltd, Kalyani Utilities Development Ltd (collectively called "the Amalgamating Companies") and BF Investment Ltd ("the Resulting Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors (the Scheme ) under Section 391 and 394 of the Companies Act, 1956. |
