| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/01/2017 15:12:44 | S H Kelkar and Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of trading restrictions placed by Clause 8 of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 for all Designated Persons of the Company from February 07, 2017 till February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
