1. To consider and approve unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2016.
2. To consider and declare the second interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further note that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the “Trading Window” for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other designated employees of the Company. |
