Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees covered under the Code from the close of business hours of September 05, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges. |
