| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2014, inter alia, allotted 14,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 33/- to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise of ESOPs granted to them, pursuant to Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2007 of the Company.
By virtue of such allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 66,80,92,844/- to Rs. 66,81,20,844/-. |
