Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093, to inter alia, consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 with the Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for trading in Company's securities shall remain closed from January 13, 2018 and shall open 48 (Fourty eight) hours after the aforesaid results are made public.
