| Exchange Disseminated Time | Keerthi Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 8 (1) of SEBl (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated and published on its website www.keerthiindustries.com the "Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
2. Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 9 (1) of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated a Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
3. Constitution of Risk Management Committee of the Board Pursuant to Clause 49 (VI) (C) of the Listing Agreement
4. Constitution of Internal Complaint Committee as per Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. |
