- With the permission of the Chairman of meeting, as per the written representation received from all the present preference shareholders the rate of dividend be reduced to 1.5% p.a. w.e.f. April 01, 2013 and the same be treated as non-cumulative redeemable preference shares, subject to the approval of equity shareholders in the general meeting. |
